Meet Jack

foodI take pride in serving only the freshest and best tasting food to you. Studying internationally at Le Cordon Bleu in France and Australia taught me about quality and efficiency, and my love for good, healthy meals inspires me every day.  It’s a dream come true to be able to farm, harvest and cook with our produce right here at The Gorge White House.

We serve burgers made with Mt Shadow beef on buns my mom makes every morning, pizzas using our own produce sit atop my Uncle Lou’s homemade pizza crusts, and fresh soups are created daily such as Thai curry, chili and clam chowder.  I use organic spring greens, Dave’s Killer Bread, sauté in coconut oil and hand select fresh, local produce.  I cook with ingredients that I use for myself and my family, ensuring our customers enjoy farm fresh food made daily from scratch.  (Click here to meet the family.)
